Thoughtz: The original Team Sonic/Triple Threat/Sonic & Co./ is not him, Rad Red and the Foxy Helicopter. *shock 'round the room* In early 1993, Sega placed Sonic with 2 never-as-cool-as-their-modern counterparts characters: Mighty the Armadillo (reddish, specialize in strength, the Knux of yesteryear, and RUNNER-UP to Sonic in the Choosing of the Mascot), and Ray the Flying Squrriel (yellowish, specialize in flying without wings, the Tails of yester.... wait a min. Tails was "born" around '92, what the hell was Sega thinking? The game was only found in the arcades however.

I actually loved the flash cartoon (even though it's clear Sonic and guys looked pre-SA), and u should check out the Alternate Ending... especially ppl who think that Knuckles is NEVER gonna appear... *wink*

And btw, if anyone is wondering why my DeviantART account is more active on deviants commenting to me than me doing art, it is because....

During late June 04, I came back to Singapore 4 the 2nd time, and I went back to old interests on the Internet like DeviantART, PDU Forums and Neopets, and when I went back, I soon also lost interest on 'em all again except PDU (which for unfortunate reasons, pulled out at late Oct, the same time as my ongoing headache started :[ ) soon, I was interested in the Sonic fancraze, and my first spot where I found Sonic fanart was SoaH (believe me, if most of the few art they had to offer wasn't smashing, my road sorta ends there), then goin' on doing the same step as when I was in the Digimon craze, collecting great fanart. Soon, I went back to Devart too. And soon, I had an idea to patronize them. I was a kid with big ideas 9with causes me months of big burdens), and I told myself, "Why not go back to deviantART?" Alright, so since I comment & watch loads of Great Fanartists, I received loads of good love which I dont think I deserve. However, I'm gonna create my 1st deviaion exactly 1 year after I published my last one, which won't be soon!!!!!!!!

Also, Sonic the Hedgehog's bday's comin' up, (June 23), 14th anniversary of the release of the 1st Sonic game. (YES! I'm older than him!) Anyway, next year's anniversary is gonna be bigger, cuz it'd be the 15th, and that's actually Sonic's age all awhile. So what's the plans after 2006, Sonic's body clock finally start gears and stop being Peter Pan? (pls pls pls)

Finally, this blog'd be a hosting spot for ..... the Sonic (fan)ART AWARDS (still in its earliest stages, i plan to start when my PC is ok, im really socializing in SHQ & SoaH (i left 4 a brief hiatus), contacted Emmie's and those dudettes, deviants, wrap up my "Fanart Idol Audition Tour" nd etc.

Well, I came across this cool Remix of one of Knuckles' songs from the Sonic Adventure 2(: Battle) soundtrax. Found out from dat fanart on the left (Courtesy of Lisa M Echidna of TeamARTAIL Art Archives) that Knux has sorta got a new ego: The Gangsta Rapper (Sometimes I absent-mindedly think of Ludacris when glompin' @ Knux.... weird).

Damn! On my Deviantart account, I am actually devwatching great Sonic fanartists as part of my upcoming plans (which will be in action after all my burdens are gone) and I found out there was a feature that you can sort out ur deviants (people u're watchin) in groups. Then I found the true horror... about 40 deviants and no option to move em to a group! Dat meant me deletin' and addin' on the "Sonic Fanartists" group... *faints*

And btw, I'm doing an experiment on tagboards for blogs and php, so you'll see the whole sidebar brutally pushed down *owch* to the bottom (temporaily) and the pink tagboard from Emmie's blog. I'd be deletin' the html of it real soon. For now, u can freely text in, and soon I'll have a new tagboard of my own. (Maybe I should be packing bags to blogdrive... oh damn...)

Random stuff guys. Actually, this IS one of the reasons I partly believe some of the Archie Comics stuff (at least the later issues, I mean, when Sega makeovered Sonic & the others during the Sonic Adventure age, they had to add some buff to their own Sonic & Co.) because everyone is sooooo friendly & sociable. Here, u see a later issue pic, of reunion between Sonic and the Chaotix pals (this time w/o the staple Charmy!), and it's JULIE-SU who runs up to him, Knux obviously looks @#%# (in a good way) and the two share a moment of fe-len-zi-p. What's Sunnuvagun anyway? That is mostly way I disapprove the protrayal of Knuckles in Sonic X. Maybe they should also call each other by nickname too. But one thing that the anime/games from Sega were afraid to put when they had that makeover in 1999 which Archie did was to extend Sonic's torso (look at that pic and compare 2 this!) I mean, the other characters didn't have a problem on this thing. Characters like Knuckles or Shadow, who basically don't that hedgiekind of torso. (Compare this Post-Adventure age pic(credit to TeamArtail) with the pre-adventure one) Because artists draw the arms and body of Knux conjoined, but since for hedgies like Sonic, it is not really conjoined (the arm/torso and body are tan and blue respectively) so there's this question: Should we make Sonic look really teen-ish (but risk making future Sonic graphics like fanart) or keep Sonic's torso circlish (but risk making him look so old school). Judge THIS ONE(credit to TeamArtail) 4 urself.

Well, that's today's random sleaze. Yeah, I know May is too fast, and if anyone is wonderin "Wtf? This guy never says anythin bout personal life", that'll be in the mose deepest and intimate of my blogs, Down-In-Hysteria. I don' get my personal feelings involved when I am obzezzed wit this..

Well, presto. I've redone the sidebar (the thing on the right) as u can see, an added a 'Featured Posts' section! So since this blog is pretty much a Sonicish portal, I'm trying to get some hits. Maybe I should feature here on forums... but I'm so busy!!! The DeviantART section is those artists I've explored whose fanart are diverse, unique, creative, and many more Fanart Showcases will be on their art. Ahh, if only I have time to redo my sidebar on the main blog...

But I have a much worse problem with those ohmigosh Sonic fanart I've been collecting the past months. (Yes I didn't draw it why not say I'm the Lorenzo the Magnificent of the Sonic Age?XD)Since I will go and feature most of those on the blog throughtout the months, some of them doesn't have the artist's name on the art and then I don't put the artist's name on the filename... but if I didn't think any of those I wouldn't have led myself to bigger ideas...

I had thought of maybe going around the Internet (Image Google on Sonic, Sonic fanart, Knuckles, Knuckles fanart, Knuckles Sonic, Knux, Knux fanart, Shadow sonic, go to Sonic HQ and SoaH and collect those fanart and add artists' names (those which pictures doesn't have it) on filenames, and replace any existing pics without it, then there was the idea of uploading all fanart to my Photobucket account and then do the art searching, then the prospect of perhaps linking all the fanart in webpages filled with sham interviews with Sonic and Co. about the fanart and so on & so on... so the answer to this mess remains a mystery. Oh god, if someone only help!

Very creative, although this artist is not really a 100% sonic fan and draws loads of other characters being inflated... it's not a perfect pose for poor Knuxie, Shadow and Charmy... poor all, squeezed into a rectangle... Eggman was hilarious, with his head a cushion for Rouge's "inflated" chest (*barfs*). Knuckles' expression is... er... sorta okay... I like how those fangs are showing, but Knux's eye colour is not pink/red, it's indigo! I like how the young Tails and Cream glomps at those boobs of Rouge...

Yesterday, police investigated SEGA on charges of professional negligence resulting in the death.
According to officials, the fatal accident at Joypolice Tokyo (Odaiba Tokyo) is becoming a serious trouble for SEGA. As you know, the amusement establishment section of SEGA is main shaft of rebuilding management of the company, but this accident might damage their image even being the game production company.
There is concern that "By the response to this time, for not only SEGA, but it might degrade the brand image of whole of group including Samy" in game industry.

Apr. 18, Tokyo Joypolice, the lamish fat man rode the attraction named "VIVA!-SKYDIVING" without the seat belt and fell from his seat 5 meters above the ground, and died.

Wow. I came across this webcomic (thanks to emmiru... it'z dat howe I spal it?) which is very Mobian related. Already the first frame (that link) has a grey Tails or otherwise, Harold Eastwood, the character's called. Wooo, seems all the characters are adults! Cigars & porn? Then the 2nd character's a rat ('Virus'), who has a little resemblance to Sonic (very little) and wears clothes, then there's an echidna called Lothar who's part-cyborg and a cat called 'Rouge'. At first, it was an operation, then the recent ones are all about the 4 guys @ home. So two characters resembling Knuckles and Tails and no one else! YES! NO SONIC! Check it out!

Well, you've seen Sonic X Opinion I. Now, time for II!
Listen to Knuckles talkin' in this Episode clip first. Yes, this is the voice of Knuxie in the dub. OMG!!!! When I was already a little mad that Sonic Team portrayed Knux VERY badly in Sonic X, the one who keeps wantint to have a fight, have a temper... He wasn't like that even in the past games. And I don't need a western dubber team to spoil it. I mean, he sounds like Yami Yugi from Yu-Gi-Oh! Oh, the voice actor (who they are stupid to choose him. He does rough voices, strict ones with the butch-dog accent), Dan Green, does both of their voices. How stupid... Actually the Japanese one is a little better, but I think it's best for a funkier voice to replace! Maybe rapper K-Os? XD

Next, Mr. President (who doesn't look like Bush) in Sonic X is on all fours!

I noticed Shadow's voice is much cooler than Knux. And wait a minute... HE SMILES MORE THAN KNUCKLES? I thought Shadow's the one with the temper, angst and all those "Maria!" Really, in Episode 34 (which I watched a week ago), these are the Mr. Sunshine pics:

Well he cretainly smile more, much more than Knuckles in the anime. But... if you go to http://Google.com and type "knuckles sonic" or "shadow sonic" in Image Search, look at the pictures (EXCLUDING ones from Sonic X). It is vice versa. The SEGA game pics show Knux smiling (in a funky way) but Shadow not. In fact, Shadow sounds like Count Dracula. He sounds like Seto Kaiba too, and the voice actor does Sonic's voice too.

Well, it's Justin and before I begin my monthly roundup of links, I just want to say that 4Kids TV (formerly Fox Kids (which was the perdect dubber for Digimon, if you compared how f***ing lousy 4Kids did to Pokémon) who basically overrun Saturday morning, has sweepstakes, polls, all those jazz at the website, http://4kids.tv (if you type foxbox.com or foxkids.com you'll be redirected to that website.)

To the Point: They have this "4Kids Favourites" where the characters from TMNT, Winx Club and Sonic X (which are, the top 3 shows on the Sat. AM roundup) choose their fave episodes from their cartoon series and asks u to vote. (In other words, which character is like most?) The link provided on the title goes to the Sonic X one, although I'm sure that the characters don't know how to pick...

Knuckles' Choice of Episode:
A SONIC/KNUX FIGHT SCENE!?!??!?! BOOO! BAD INFLUENCE!!! 4KIDS IS SHIT BY PORTRAYING HIM LIKING TO FIGHT WITH SONIC? WHO ARE WE, JUST SOME KIDS WHO BELIEVES WHATEVER THE DUBBERS OF USA WANTS US TO? I absolutely DISAGREE if Knux was really here, he'd pick this one. BOOOO! But I voted, because I'm a fan of Knux. (I couldn't see the video actually because of the #$!% Windows Media Player, so I voted, then I could after seeing this miraculous help file and then *GASP*. Once again... BOOOO!

In this one, it's much more like Tails' choice. It's Eggman on TV warning citizens that the fallen missile will explode, and then Tails' had the courage to decode the bomb. I think Eggman would've chose the 2nd one. THIS IS RIDICULOUS.

Finally, Sonic's Choice of Episode:
Er, is that his choice? Yeah, it's Chris, Chuck, Big, Sonic and Knuckles having a coffee break in Chris' little lab, but most of it is just Knux's flashback of the Chaos creature stealing the Master Emerald. Isn't it Knux's choice of episode? OMG... stupid 4Kids...

Anyway, at the time of typing this, Sonic's Choice (which is supposedly Knuckles' choice) has a slight lead at 39.9%, while Knux's Fight Scene (which I DISAGREE, YOU FREAKIN' WESTERN MONOPOLIZING CARTOON COMPANY!) is at 38.4%. Vote for Knux, guys, not because of that f***ing 4kids-selected Fight Scene, but because... it's Knuckles!

X-D Apparently Sonic X was able to surface out of the murky waters which the other 2 for-boys anime series couldn't... [UPDATE FROM THE FUTURE: I thought this poll was to exterminate the most unpopular show, following the traddition of american tv networks, but instead, Shaman King has disappeared and Alien Racers (which is really violent and goes a little over the edge with mutant aliens which are more like human skulls pasted with loads of gross stuff, which is pretty ironic since 4kids themselves dub a load of Japanese anime badly) has taken its place. WHAT? One Piece still lives on?] that means their dubbing is actually appealing to the viewers. Technically, the English version of Sonic X is the Original Version, and the Japanese one is more like the dubbed version. Why?

In the story of it, Sonic, Knuckles and Co. fell to some part of the Earth and it was the people there which helped them in their eternal quest to defeat Eggman. Apparently (yes, I luv that word XD), there is a Mr. President, a White House, everyone's names are Westernish (yes, even in the Japanese version!), there are African-Americans in it, everyone's face doesn't look that animeish or Japanese-style face we see usually in like Digimon, in fact, take a look:

Oh just sth random. So this IS Super Tails! Well not much difference. The legs of this art do seem a little too thick... AND TAILS IS NOT HOMOSEXUAL! Read below:

Some people claim that Tails could be female. In the Spanish dub of some of the
TV shows including Adventures of Sonic the Hedgehog, Colitas (lit.: Tails) was
referred to as ella (she), and she called herself zorra (vixen). This comes from
many things, such as that the Spanish language has masculine and feminine words,
and cola, the word for tail, is feminine, that Sonic the Hedgehog 2
pre-development, and the fact Tails seems to have a big attraction to Sonic. If
this were true, this would also wipe away allegations that Tails was

Well firstly, Tails being female is as dumb as anyone asking, "Is Knuckles guy or gal?" He is only 8! So his behavior is reasonable. And on the homosexual part... the best way to blurt it is:

well I definitely don't want Tails to be either in MY vocabulary/world, but I think it's important for everyone to know that why Tails tags along with Sonic is that Sonic has saved Tails from eternal misery from bullies, and it so happens that Tails is to Sonic as Colin Creevy is to Harry Potter. Soon, Sonic didn't find Tails annoying (who wouldn't if one admire u too much) and instead, helpful. It was lucky for Sonic Team as they added a skill to Tails - being a prodigy in basically stuff we do at Tech. Ed classes. And although the difference of age is a little big, they are the best of friends.

Click on the title and it leads to The Trusted Source 4 the Punk Rock (yah Amy and cutey Tails, getout lah!) Twist of Sonic the Hedgehog! Has sound clips, screenshots and every episode has Sonic and his cousins playing songs as a band! Hmm... starting to like it. Knuckles DID luckily appear in the cartoon, with the freakin' Sonic Team putting him in the always-mysterious Friend/Foe part again. Believe me, he's more of the baddie in Underground compared to Sonic X.

You know that for some while i haven't been posting but actualy there's drafts (both on the blogger pages and on my draft papers...) loads and and some for this blog like profiles and suggested hit songs for the sonic characters and if even though I may not have talents of a fanwriter/artist I have the imagination and visualizing of any one of them. So I was tiredly trying to show my fanprojects on the web...

It's been a bleak time and you know writer's block? *sigh* i got blogger's block. i even couldn't finish the blogger's block entry in my main blog and I'll try 2 finish that soon. Other drafts include a proper introduction to the situation I'm facing, but the situation itself is stopping me. So that's way there's no active chatting in forums or even a website from me.

Anyway, I got a little time to check out the Sonic X Screenshot site, Team Artail and their Oekaki BBS. It was kind of unique... (I go over fanart sites before in Digimon and appreciate the art and techniques. Poor me... However I've got a vast Digimon fanart archive feat. art round the Net) with most of it not featuring Sonic characters, but original fanmade Sonician characters (like the famous SoniTweek). And it's very active. I'm going to continue it soon about the Sonic/Digimon relation!

The Tails Domain is actually much more convinent to download Sonic X episodes. It also have Sonic emulators/roms and Sonic Adventure:DX stuff. Right now currently closed (video downloads) as site needs bandwidth. I'll post an update when it's ready.

Although I don't have a link now, there was a website which the creator of Sonic the Hedgehog, Yuji Naka, ADMITTED that he had Mickey Mouse on his mind when he was drawing the dude. I mean, everyone was lookin at this pic and it was like so obvious. (More obvious: Felix the Cat.) However, Disney seemed like paying back the copycatness. Doesn't The Incredibles' concept for the character Dash seem a little unoriginal (Violet and Elastigirl's more original; Mr. Incredible's superpower is strength? How mediocre), i mean the ability for Super Speed? Am I seeing a redboy Sonic?
